In the event of a complaint about goods due to a physical defect - non-compliance of the goods with the contract, the following applies:
- for Entrepreneurs: Act of April 23, 1964 Civil Code (as amended) (provisions of the Civil Code on warranty in force since December 25, 2015).
The administrator of personal data is FOCUS GARDEN Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań (61-144), ul. Bolesława Krzywoustego 3, registered by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto i Wilda, under KRS number: 0000928047, REGON: 382006469, NIP: 7642696142 (Seller), which processes personal data for the purpose of handling complaints. In particular, for the purpose of ensuring contact regarding the Seller's response to the complaint and the method of collection of the goods subject to complaint. Within the legally justified purpose referred to in Article 23(1)(5) of the Act of August 29, 1997, on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 2135, as amended), we inform you that providing data is voluntary, but necessary for the complaint process. The administrator guarantees the right to access and correct the data. By completing the complaint form, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes necessary to process your complaint (in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data; consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922).
